About Credit/Debit Card

As the applicable store rule, transactions are denominated in USD, with secure checkout accepting Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, Discover as available for the order.

Under this customer standard, secure payment data is handled by Shopify and authorized processors rather than stored in full by touchland; complete card numbers and verification codes are not retained. Issuers independently decide whether to approve, decline, verify, or place a temporary hold.

From a customer-service perspective, accurate billing and contact details are required. An order may be reviewed or cancelled if payment authorization fails or fraud controls identify material risk, and taxes are collected as applicable law directs.

From a customer-service perspective, we send an approved credit to the payment method used for purchase, after which banks and card issuers usually require 5-10 business days to display it.
