Shipping Policy

As an operating standard, orders can be delivered only in the United States. Free standard shipping applies throughout the U.S., and each dispatched package is accompanied by tracking.

As an operating standard, fulfillment is generally completed within 1-2 business days, apart from weekends and U.S. public holidays. Once shipped, an order typically spends 4-6 business days in transit.

For transparent service, checkout contact information is used for the shipping confirmation and tracking number. The customer must ensure that the destination is accurate; we will try to act on an immediate correction but cannot promise a change after fulfillment has started.

In keeping with our customer promise, weather, carrier interruptions, peak-volume conditions, address problems, or other events outside reasonable control can extend an estimate.
